Paid social that earns the booking, not just the scroll.
Senior-led Meta Ads, with LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Quora layered in when the math holds up. Swimlane architecture, three creative angles a week, only the conversions that hit your CRM.
Channels we run
Meta (or LinkedIn) is the engine. The rest earn their seat.
Most advertisers don’t need all social networks at once. They need Meta (or LinkedIn) built properly, then YouTube, Reddit, or Quora added when the audience, the intent, and the math actually justify the spend.

Meta Ads
Facebook + Instagram. Awareness, conversion, retargeting under the andromeda algorithm.

LinkedIn Ads
B2B intent, ABM lists, conversation ads, lead-gen forms with the deals that need rooms.

YouTube Ads
View-through demand and retargeting at scale, built around the creative, not the placement.

Reddit Ads
Niche communities. Technical buyers, B2B saas, dev tools, prosumers who hate being marketed to.

Quora ads
Longtail intent. Decision-stage research, B2B comparison, High-content buyers.
Most paid social spend is leaking
Three mistakes show up in almost every Meta Ads audit we run.
After a decade inside Meta accounts, the same three structural leaks come up, regardless of industry, budget, or how senior the in-house team is.
01
One creative, every audience.
The Andromeda algorithm matches creatives to individuals based on behaviour, not on your targeting settings. Run a single angle to cold, warm, and customer audiences at once, and the algorithm has nothing to specialise on. CPMs creep up, CPL follows, and the dashboard tells you nothing useful.
02
Awareness and conversion stacked into one campaign.
Different objectives need different swimlanes. When awareness and conversion fight for the same auction, the algorithm optimises against itself. You pay for both, and you compound the cost over time.
03
No exclusion lists. Audiences bidding against themselves.
Cold, warm, and customer pools all dropped into the same auction. Multi-brand operators do the same across concepts. The result: you compete with yourself, inflate your own CPMs by 30 to 40%, and call it “scale”.
What's included
Every paid social retainer includes the same senior-led stack.
No “starter packages.” No tiered “Bronze, Silver, Gold” theatre. One operator, one stack, the full build.
[Meta swimlane architecture]
[Awareness, Conversion, Retargeting in separate swimlanes; each with its own audience, creative brief, and KPI.]
[Audience exclusion lists]
[Cold, warm, and customer pools separated cleanly. Multi-brand operators get cross-brand exclusion logic.]
[Conversions API + server-side tracking]
[CAPI deployed, event quality scored 7+, dedup with the pixel, iOS14 stops being an excuse on day one.]
[LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora]
[Layered in only when the math holds up, with their own tracking and budget logic. Not as filler line items.]
[AVATAR x TEMPLATE creative system]
[Same character persona on a new visual template equals a fresh concept. Three angles a week, no creative droughts.]
[Creative testing framework]
[Batches of 3 to 5 creatives every two weeks, 7-day decision window, $75 kill rule for zero-signal ads. No emotional attachments.]
[Day-and-hour scheduling]
[Reels and conversion ads scheduled around real conversion windows. Budget pulled back when intent isn’t.]
[Senior on Slack, no AM layer]
[Bi-weekly performance rview, monthly strategy call, direct line to the operator running your account.]
VS. THE ALTERNATIVES
How our approach is different from the rest.
The boring, honest comparison. The kind of table you wish every agency put on their site, and exactly none of them do.

Onboarding • 21 days to live
From kickoff to clean spend in under a month.
No “discovery sprint” billed for 60 days. Here is what happens, week by week, on every paid social retainer.
- Week 0
Discovery & access
Kickoff call, account access, ICP and audience research, breakeven CPL math. We define what a lead is actually worth before we touch a single creative.
- Week 1
Audit & strategy
Full Meta account teardown, creative library audit, swimlane plan, exclusion list draft, CAPI status check.
- Week 2
Build & track
Swimlanes built, Conversions API deployed, exclusion lists configured, first creative batch in production using AVATAR × TEMPLATE.
- Week 3
Launch
Live campaigns with 3 creative angles per swimlane, $75 kill rule active, day-and-hour scheduling on, retargeting layered last.
- Week 4
First senior review
Bi-weekly review starts. Kill list applied to zero-signal creatives. Scale rule triggered on winners. Budget shifted by performance, not by feeling.
- Day 45
Lookalike scaling
Lookalike audiences activate only after 30+ clean conversions have accumulated. Cold scale, with the math behind it.
- Day 90
Quarterly review
Placement breakdowns, demo cuts, day-of-week patterns. Scale plan + cost caps if spend justifies. Every number tied back to revenue.

WHAT paid social CLIENTS SAY
Dont' take our word for it. Take theirs.
"Two years in, what stands out is the dedication and flexibility. As a company with an already developed market, we were genuinely surprised by the potential their work uncovered, especially the retargeting layer that nobody had touched."

Igor Kulundžić
Marketing director • Schrack Technik
"We came to WSA with a Google Ads account that was technically running but not really performing. The team quickly identified the core issues and restructured everything, from keyword quality to audience segmentation. What stood out was how they approached it methodically - no shortcuts. Over time, we saw meaningful improvements in both lead volume and lead quality, which, for us, was the real measure of success. The majority of leads generated were sales-qualified, which made a real difference to our pipeline."

Carlos
Head of Marketing - NDA Client
"They scaled in-app revenue past anything we'd projected, with a clean read on attribution from day one. A 40× ROAS quarter is no longer a fluke."

The questions you'd ask anyway
Paid Social FAQs. The honest ones.
What does the Meta Ads audit include, and what does it cost?
A paid, one-time deep audit of your Meta Ads account, your Conversions API status, your pixel event quality, and your creative library. You walk away with a full written document: account teardown, leak list, swimlane plan, creative angles ranked, breakeven CPL math, and a custom growth strategy. Whether you continue with us, take it to another agency, or run it internally is entirely your call. The deliverable is yours either way.
What is the minimum monthly ad spend for a paid social retainer?
We work best with brands spending $5k a month and up on paid social. Below that, the operator hours outweigh the upside, and you are better served by the audit and a strong handoff. Above $20k, the math gets serious, the creative cadence pays for itself, and that is where the senior-led model actually earns its fee.
Do you only do Meta, or also LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora?
Meta is the engine. LinkedIn comes in when the deal needs decision-makers in rooms. YouTube is added for view-through demand and retargeting at scale. Reddit and Quora are layered in when there is a real reason: niche communities, technical buyers, longtail intent. We never run all five for the sake of running all five.
How do you handle creative production?
Every retainer ships three creative angles a week, built on the AVATAR × TEMPLATE system. Senior designer plus the operator. Stock photos, generic copy, and “Come dine with us!” energy are not on the menu. The creative is the targeting on Meta in 2026; we treat it that way.
What is the AVATAR × TEMPLATE system, and why does it matter?
Same character persona on a new visual template equals a new concept. Same template with a new persona is another. It is a system for scaling creative volume without burning out the team or recycling the same hook eight times. You get steady throughput, no creative droughts, and a clear answer to which angle actually moves the needle.
iOS14 broke our attribution. How do you fix this?
Conversions API deployed, server-side. Pixel and CAPI events deduplicated. Event quality scored 7 or higher before we scale spend. Where it makes sense, offline conversion uploads from your CRM. iOS14 stops being an excuse on day one; it becomes a tracking project with a finish line.
How fast can a new Meta Ads account go live?
Audit done in 5 to 10 business days. Strategy and build in week one. Live campaigns inside 21 days from kickoff, assuming the tracking is salvageable. If we have to rebuild the pixel and CAPI from scratch (it happens, more than you would think), add a week.
What happens if we decide not to continue after the audit?
You keep the document, the swimlane plan, and the creative angles, and we shake hands. The audit is a one-time investment in seeing your account clearly, not a tripwire into a 12-month retainer. Plenty of clients run with the strategy internally; some come back six months later when the in-house workload outgrows the in-house calendar.
