What does the Google Ads audit include, and what does it cost?
A paid, one-time deep dive into your Google Ads accounts, your conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, server-side), and the landing pages traffic actually hits. You walk away with a full written document: account teardown, leak list, conversion value framework, recommended campaign architecture, channel mix, and a custom growth strategy. Whether you continue with us, take it to another agency, or run it internally is entirely your call. The deliverable is your ether way.
What is the minimum monthly ad spend ot make a retainer worth it?
We work best with brands spending $5k a month and up on paid media. Below that, the operator hours outweigh the upside; you are better server by audit and a strong handoff. Above $20k, the math gets serious, and that is where the senior-led model actually earns its fee.
Do you only do Google Ads, or also Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp?
Google Ads is the engine. Bing, Apple Maps Ads, and Yelp Ads are added when there is genuine reason: cheaper CPCs on Bing for B2B and older audiences, local intent on iOS for Apple Maps, hand-raisers for service businesses on Yelp. We never run all four for the sake of running all four.
How do you handle conversion tracking and GA4?
Before we touch a single bid, we rebuild the tracking. Server-side GTM, deduplicated GA4 events, offline conversion uploads where it makes sense, phone call tracking with a 60-second minimum filter, and a monetary value assigned to every lead type. If the data is broken, scaling spend just multiplies the leak.
How fast can a new Google Ads account go live?
Audit done in 5 to 10 business days. Strategy and build in week one. Live campaigns inside 21 days from kickoff, assuming the tracking is salvageable. If we have to rebuild your tracking stack from scratch (it happens, more than you would think), add a week.

You keep the document and the strategy, and we shake hands. The audit is a one-time investment in seeing your accounts clearly, not a tripwire into a 12-month retainer. Plenty of clients run with the strategy internally; some come back six months later when the in-house workload outgrows the in-house calendar.
