3. How we use your data and our legal basis
Under the GDPR, we must have a lawful basis for processing your personal data. We rely on the following:

4. Marketing communications
We will only send you marketing emails (such as our newsletter) where you have given consent. You can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or by emailing us at aleksandar@wespeakads.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place before you withdrew it.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our Website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how it is used, and measure the performance of our advertising. Non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) are only set with your consent. For a full breakdown of the cookies we use and how to manage your preferences, please read our Cookie Policy.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (“processors”) who help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary. These include:
- Website hosting — Hostinger, which hosts our Website and stores submitted data.
- Analytics — Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager) to understand how the Website is used.
- Advertising — Google (Google Ads), Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram Pixel), and LinkedIn (Insight Tag) to measure and optimize our advertising.
- Scheduling — our booking/calendar provider, used when you book a call.
- Email and newsletter — our email marketing provider, used to manage and send communications.
- Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, lawyers, or public authorities where required by law.
Each of these providers acts under contract and is only permitted to use your data on our instructions and for the purposes we set out.
7. International data transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside Serbia and the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under the GDPR — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision — to ensure your data remains protected.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Inquiry and contact data — for as long as needed to deal with your inquiry, and up to 24 months afterward in case you get back in touch.
- Client and contract data — for the duration of our working relationship and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data — for the retention periods set in our analytics tools.
When we no longer need your data, we securely delete or anonymize it.
9. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. While no method of internet transmission is completely secure, we work to keep your data safe and limit access to those who need it.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable Serbian law, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

11. Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
